How I Work

It’s important for me to get to know your needs intimately. If you want to work with me I’ll most likely send you some questions to answer. Once I’ve received your answers, I’ll send you a quote for the work.

Once you’ve approved the quote you’ll receive an invoice for a 50% deposit. And yes, this is non-refundable even if you go to Mars with SpaceX.

You’ll receive two to four design options from which you’ll need to choose a direction. All quotes include two sets of revisions on the selected design. If you want to make more changes, we’ll need to chat. Then I’ll send you a revised quote for the additional work. When a design is complete you’ll receive the final invoice and upon payment of the final invoice the high resolution electronic files.

I am awake and at work from early mornings (think 7am), deal with my emails and work while my boys are in school and in the evenings. If you are a contracted client I will be available via chat messaging during the afternoons and may be able to assist with the odd urgent request.

Upon project completion you’ll have ownership of the final designs for use as you choose. Please note: You’ll need to copyright or trademark logo designs yourself. I will retain the right to include the design (or any version thereof) in my portfolios. Additionally you will need to purchase a license for any fonts purchased for the design.

I enjoy having longstanding relationships and being of assistance to companies that either don’t have enough in-house work to sustain a full-time designer or have too much work! I currently work with Liquid Edge Solutions, Azapi and Deep.
