How I Work

I like to get to know your needs inside and out. If we’re working together, I’ll probably start by sending you a few questions, or we can go for coffee in Hermanus. Once I’ve got your answers, I’ll put together a quote so we can get the ball rolling.

Once you’ve approved the quote, I’ll send over an invoice for a 50% deposit. And yes—it’s non-refundable, even if you suddenly decide to become a yak herder in the Himalayas.

You’ll receive two to four design options from which you’ll need to choose a direction. All quotes include two sets of revisions on the selected design. If you want to make more changes, we’ll need to chat. Then I’ll send you a revised quote for the additional work. When a design is complete you’ll receive the final invoice and upon payment of the final invoice the high resolution electronic files.

I’m up and at it bright and early (think 7am), tackling emails and work while my boys are at school—and again in the evenings. If you’re a contracted client, I’m available for quick chats and urgent requests in the afternoons to keep things moving smoothly.
